Dear Members,

According to the market situation, COREX fee standard for 2025 is hereby announced as follows:

I. Annual Membership Fee and Seat Fee

(i). The Annual membership fee is RMB 30,000 per year or USD 5,000 per year.

(ii) The fee for extra seat is RMB 10,000 per seat per year or USD 1,500 per seat per year.

II. Trading Service Fee

(i) The trading parties shall each pay trading service fee of RMB 0.3 per wet ton or USD 0.05 per wet ton on the basis of trading volume.

(ii) Other service fees shall be negotiated separately.

III． Others

Other outstanding matters shall be subject to the agreement between the parties.
