Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center Corporation approves  that Qingdao Yuanhui Minerals Co.,Ltd. shall transfer its membership to Moralhill International Limited on July 1st,  2015.

The signed Confirmation Letter of Iron Ore Spot Trading Counterparties between all members and Qingdao Yuanhui Minerals Co.,Ltd. shall expire from the date of membership transfer.
