Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center Corporation approves Hebei Iron & Steel Group Jinding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. shall transfer its membership to Ji Nan Steel Group Co., Ltd. on November 3rd,  2014.

The signed Confirmation Letter of Iron Ore Spot Trading Counterparties between all members and Hebei Iron & Steel Group Jinding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. shall expire from the date of membership transfer.
